In a recent event a member was denied Child life insurance and Child Accidental Death and Dismemberment due to not meeting the criteria listed below. This raised the question of how many members are paying for an insurance they are ineligible to use, The company will not stop taking premiums unless you instruct them to do so. Please review your benefits and know what your signing up for or currently have. Contact an EAP/MAP representative for questions and support.
