TWU Local 591 DFW MLS Section Chairman Special Election Schedule 2022

Attention: An election will be conducted for one (1) position of TWU Local 591 DFW MLS Section Chairman.
Starting Tuesday May 17th 2022 9:00 am (CDT) any active TWU Local 591 DFW MLS member in good standing may nominate any active TWU Local 591 DFW MLS member in good standing with an accompanying second by a different TWU Local 591 DFW MLS Member in good standing.

If more than one person is nominated for a specific position an election will take place in the online voting section of the TWU Local 591 website. If you have not already done so, please register at www.local591.com to authenticate your member status in order to vote.

Nominees are advised to review the posted Section Chairman duties and responsibilities along with the TWU Local 591 Bylaws and Election Campaign Rules for the position prior to accepting the nomination. No Member shall be eligible for nomination or election to any office unless he/she shall have been in continuous good standing in his/her TWU Local Union for a period of twelve (12) months immediately preceding nomination.

Tuesday May 17th, 2022, Nomination period begins 9:00 A.M. CDT: Any active TWU Local 591 DFW MLS member in good standing may nominate any active TWU Local 591 DFW MLS member in good standing with an accompanying second by a different TWU Local 591 DFW MLS member in good standing.

Friday May 27th, 2022, 9:00 A.M CDT Nomination period closes: All nominations must be received by closing time.

Sunday May 29th 2022, Nomination acceptance deadline: All nominations must be accepted no later than 9:00 A.M. CDT.
 Wednesday June 1st 2022, Election Begins at 9:00 AM CDT: Election will take place in the online voting section of the www.local591.com website. if you have not already done so, please register in order to authenticate your member status.

Thursday June 16th, 2022, Election Ends at 9:00 A.M CDT: Election closes and the results will be available on the Local 591 website shortly after its conclusion.

Friday June 17th, 2022, newly elected Section Chairperson term begins ending on the next regular Chairman Election cycle.
