Brothers and Sisters,
With the need for membership representation and in accordance with the by-laws of Local 591, specifically article X section 6, I am hereby appointing Brothers Eddy Martinez and Leon Kempner to AMT Group Shop Steward SFO.
This appointment will last for a period of sixty (60) days starting on Wednesday June 22nd, 2022. If any SFO Local 591 AMT Group member in good standing wish to fill this appointed position, they must notify Local 591 in writing by sending an email request to the recording Secretary at J.Rojas@local591.com within thirty (30) days ending July 22nd, 2022.
In the case of a member in good standing who notifies the Local of their desire to run for this appointed position within the required time frame, an election will be held by the expiration of a sixty (60) day period. If no member notifies the Local of their desire to run for the appointed position within the required time frame, the appointment will become permanent until the next regular Shop Steward Election Cycle.
