Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday this week, the Benefit Enrollment Call Center will only be open Monday Nov 24th through Wednesday Nov 26th, and the Benefits Enrollment Call Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving. For those Members who have already enrolled with a benefit counselor, because of payroll deduction processing timelines with AA, you should expect to receive a confirmation email within the next two weeks with additional information, and the payroll processing instructions.
