TO: Air Division Locals FROM: Andre Sutton, Director, Air Division RE: Convention Appointments It has been a month since our extraordinarily successful TWU 27th Constitutional Convention and where our Air Division made enhancements to our extended team. We were pleased to offer positions on the TWU International Executive Council and Board to several local officers and were graciously accepted. Our Air Division Staff wishes to welcome all the following current and newly installed:

Brothers and Sisters, Per the TWU Local 591 Bylaws Article XI-B the following By-Law Amendment proposal is being posted for TWU Local 591 Members to review, comment, and provide feedback. The TWU Local 591 Executive Board will review all comments and feedback before any determination is made.

As a Local, and with the assistance from the TWU International Legislative Department, we continue to pursue this overtime tax break for our Membership, who were left out of the original Bill. The Revised Bill is attached below.
