To: All CFC Supply Personnel
SUBJECT: Vacation Bid – Effective Date: January 2, 2023
Please note the following procedures to select vacation week(s) for the upcoming year 2023:
- Bidding will commence at 1000, Wednesday, December 7, 2022. An employee may bid in person by written bid sheet, or by telephone. If bidding by telephone, you must verify your bid and provide a contact number. All bids are final. You must include your name and employee number with your bid.
- CFC bid will be held in the Supply Warehouse Training Room. Call in bids need to be made to (469) 784-4785
- Each employee has a specific bid time.
- If an employee bid has not been made by the scheduled bid deadline, the employee will be by-passed. If an employee fails to bid and is by-passed, the employee will be allowed to bid when the employee makes proper contact. It is the employee’s responsibility to contact the Supervisor.
NOTE: NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE.
